C\u00f3rdoba acusado de asesinar a Isabella Mesa y meter su cuerpo en una maleta, se declar\u00f3 culpable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a><\/a>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y la Defensa llegaron a un preacuerdo donde Villegas acept\u00f3 los cargo por feminicidio agravado, en ese sentido, la audiencia pas\u00f3 de acusaci\u00f3n a audiencia de verificaci\u00f3n de preacuerdo, por esto, el proceso termina de manera anticipada y se entrega una rebaja de un 25 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andr\u00e9s Arteaga, abogado defensor de Sebasti\u00e1n Villegas indic\u00f3 que, &#8220;la audiencia va de 500 a 600 meses al darle un 25 % la pena se parte a la m\u00ednima entonces pagar\u00eda 365 meses de prisi\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 9 de mayo a las 4:30 p.m. el juez dictar\u00e1 la sentencia definitiva y ser\u00e1 individualizada la pena donde se impondr\u00e1 el tiempo de arresto; sobre beneficios como m\u00e1s rebajas, est\u00e1n prohibidos por el delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;Frente a los que son beneficios, subrogados, prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria u otro beneficio est\u00e1n todos prohibidos entonces Sebasti\u00e1n deber\u00e1 pagar estos a\u00f1os en centro penitenciario&#8217;, sostuvo Arteaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordemos que el soldado regular Sebasti\u00e1n Villegas C\u00f3rdoba asesin\u00f3 con arma blanca a Isabella Mesa S\u00e1nchez, de 19 a\u00f1os de edad, quien era su novia; y meti\u00f3 el cuerpo al interior de una maleta, los hechos ocurrieron en el barrio Doce de Octubre en el mes de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el mes de enero, el fiscal del caso narr\u00f3 los hechos por los cuales Villegas C\u00f3rdoba ser\u00eda el responsable del asesinar a su pareja y luego meter su cad\u00e1ver en una maleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;Esper\u00f3 a que sus padres salieran de la casa, a que la joven se quedara sola con \u00e9l para luego apu\u00f1alarla en 24 ocasiones, la amarr\u00f3 de las mu\u00f1ecas, de la regi\u00f3n cervical, de los miembros inferiores, para mantenerla en posici\u00f3n fetal y luego ingresarla a la maleta&#8217;, dijo el fiscal durante la audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n de cargos que se realiz\u00f3 de forma virtual&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
